I have been asking for verification validation for going on 2 years. I have recieved absolutely nothing from said company. i want " proof '' of alleged debt. other than a computer generated invoice that anyone can make up, as long as a company has your name and some sort of address they can send out an invoice stating you owe this amount kind of like a ransom pay up or we will ding your credit report. something bearing my signature stating i have some sort of contractual obligation of said debt. I have disputed this information with the credit reporting agencies and only answer i get is that they certified that its accurate which implies that they in fact have some sort of documents bearing a signature some sort of contract.
