Rushmore is late in payment from escrow on my towns property tax, forcing me to make payment to avoid a 30 Day Notice of Lien ( attached ), despite having informed Rushmore when the notice was received. They have removed monies from my escrow account. This is still not resolved after nearly a month of my calling, practically daily and spending hours each call, forcing me to pay out of pocket to cover the cost and avoid the notice of lien. They have no estimated resolution. I do not have confidence Rushmore can effectively manage payments or escrow. They are negligent in their servicing and incompetent in their resolution.
