I have contacted Amazon prime store card and Im constantly redirected to Customer Service in XXXX. My credit card statement as required by federal law has only a minimum payment disclosure telling me how long it will take me to pay off my balance if I only make the minimum payment. This statement must also include the monthly payment needed to pay off my balance in 36 months and the total amount I will pay if I make that payment. This information is missing from the monthly statement. Attachment one is a screenshot of the actual monthly statement from Amazon prime store card. Attachment two and three are the supporting documents for my request.
