Consumer Narrative

It has been months since the original account. My funds were frozen because of fraudulent activity. I can't get at the money in account, however they still charge for overdraft fees which are added at least once per week. I owe well over {$100.00} in overdraft fees. I would just like them to close all the accounts and pay me out the funds that are in the account. The bank has never called me. Very poor customer service. When I try to reach out, everyone has a different story about the problem.
