My checking account with USAA was hacked XX/XX/XXXX two times. One was a direct withdrawal for {$550.00} and the other was a wire transfer for {$470.00}. Both fraudulent charges were sent to XXXX a cryptocurrency platform. I immediately reported the fraud to my bank They are refusing to return the XXXX bc it was a wire. I dont care HOW the hacker stole my money. It was fraud, I also sent multiple emails to XXXX explaining what happened. I had recently set up an account with them and they said there was nothing they could do. They sent {$530.00} of my money to someone elses account!!
