Consumer Narrative

Let 's start by saying that this complaint is related to my previous complaint that was open with the CFPB. Which is related to a case that is opened on my fiancee 's account. His case number is XXXX - XXXX, XXXX XXXX. The initial dispute case is XXXX. Since his request for a contact back to discuss this further has still been unfulfilled I am now forced to open another complaint. We have received the response from Chase stating that the merchant gave them documentation showing that the item was delivered to the address we have on file. This is simply not a true statement. This package has been confirmed now by XXXX separate customer service agents at XXXX on XXXX separate occasions that it was not delivered to our home at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NV XXXX. In addition to support that this is a false claim the tracking information only provides that it was delivered to XXXX XXXX XXXX so how they can confirm that it was delivered to our address, without calling XXXX is completely baffling me. XXXX XXXX XXXX is the city of XXXX people, the fact that the address is not on the tracking information, is even more reason for a call to be completeld. I do not understand why they are not required to contact fedex to confirm this information. This has gone on so long that I am now 2nd guessing myself and I have now contacted XXXX a XXXX time. Still when I give them the tracking information and the address that it should have been delivered to they confusingly say no mam, that is not where it was delivered. They can not give me the address in which it was delivered for security purposes which I understand they don't want me showing up at somebody else 's house to get my package that should have been delivered last year around XXXX time. At this point this is based on principle alone, and the fact that people are being too lazy to confirm this information. I now feel as if we have been ripped off by 2 separate companies this should have been a very easy claim to review. The package was never delivered to our address and if somebody would pick up the phone and call XXXX at XXXX XXXX they can confirm that tracking XXXX did not get delivered to my address. We have tried to contact Chase to resolve this on our own. We contacted the executive office who was working this case. We never got a call back. I know that there's a time frame involved with this process. So now hopefully we can get the actual personal attention that we need to feel comfortable about this situation.
