Dear CFPB, XXXX XXXX charged {$10000.00} to the Citibank Visa for attorney fees he sought from Attorney XXXX XXXX. Prior to this XXXX told me that he did not have a citi credit card in my name. Once I saw my statement my attorney alerted XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX law firm of the charge. It was {$10000.00} for a retainer of which at that date of notice to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX firm {$1800.00} had been delivered in services to XXXX XXXX. I also notified Citi bank and also the FTC of identity theft as XXXX XXXX impersonated me on a security website day 's prior to this event. XXXX XXXX did not reverse any charges. Citi Bank also did not reverse any charges. I have copy of the identity theft report as well as the notice sent to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX law firm from my attorney.
