We have had Citi Credit Cards for years. We have attempted three times to allow us to get notifications on our account ( mobile alerts, spend limits, due dates, etc. ) to little avail. After hours of hold times, the feature ( s ) will be turned on only to be later disabled by Citi. This is extremely frustrating as we, as consumers, simply want the features and benefits of those alerts for our family.
