I have got a consumer credit at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for purchasing a dishwasher and received my credit card from Citi affiliated with XXXX XXXX. The deal includes 0 % interest rate if the credit is paid within 6 months ( expires on the end of XX/XX/XXXX ). Almost every month when I attempt to make the credit payment I can not access my account- my credentials stop working and account is getting blocked. I'm using a password XXXX software, so there's no way I could make mistake when entering my credentials. Every time I spend an hour with XXXX XXXX customer service in order to get my account access back which they fail to do and they end up deleting my account and creating it from the scratch. Every time I reported to customer service that this is repeating issue and they failed to fix it. Today XX/XX/XXXX and I'm attempting to make my last payment and again I can not access my account and have to spend an hour again in order to get access back and make the payment. Considering the repeating nature of the issue and failure to fix it, it definitely looks that Home Depot credit department is doing this on purpose in order to trick customers into late payments and paying interest. This negligence from XXXX XXXX side looks to me like a fraudulent activity, which I would like to report. Thank you!
