I was charged a {$35.00} fee by US Bank to stop a bill that I had used an auto payment feature to pay with. I began using the feature believing it was a free bill automation tool, not any kind of paid service. I have not brought it up with US Bank for fear of retaliation. I also am unable to attach evidence of the charge of the fee because the app does not allow screenshots to be taken of the charge screen.
