This letter is to dispute the accuracy of the below listed accounts. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681I ), I am practicing my right to challenge this questionable information on my personal credit report. Attached is a copy of my 3B credit report showing XXXX student loans being reported by your servicer. Upon examination of the attached 3B credit report you will see there is a plethora of inaccurate, incomplete and missing information being reported across all three credit bureaus. This is a violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I demand that you fix all incongruent information immediately and report identical information to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. Please fix the following for each account : last updated, balance, all payment history, closed date, last activity, terms, scheduled payments, account number and comments. All information should be identical across the three-credit reporting bureaus. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing this information update promptly.
