Since filing the previous compliant with the CFPB last week, Chase Bank closed my checking account on the same day they received the complaint. I have spoke to the loss prevention department which is overseas and they don't understand when you talk to them the process or banking within the US. They have also locked my online account with the loss prevention folks stating I will not be able to have any access to online accounts or through the app. My checking account and loan are two different things. I have also requested that I go to the bank and get the XXXX cashiers check they state they will issue me. Unfortunately, loss prevention does not have a date they will return my XXXX in my checking out. Chase clearly thinks they can do as they please without any implications. I would like some assistance with this ASAP... Thank you, XXXX XXXX XXXX
