On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NC ( XXXX XXXX ) my complaint is everything that transpired 1 ) I was aware that my credit score was between XXXX and XXXX because I checked it before going to the car lot when the contract was being signed the dealer used rush tactics in order for me to sign it because I was there literally all day long so thats how he got me to just sign without going over the contract when I asked about the interest rate he quoted me at 14 % even though I thought it was a little bit too high I went on agreed to sign it but when I got a copy of the contract I didnt see the interest rate on it so I called the finance company ( 1803 Capital LLC ) a few months later just to see if I paid off the interest they said I was paying 20 % interest rate! I wouldve never signed a auto loan with 20 % interest rate because my credit didnt warrant that much.., now I cant even trade it nor refinance it and I need some type of legal help for myself hows a XXXX veteran
