On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, I was notified by text of a declined charge at XXXX XXXX of {$2400.00}. He was asked if this was him. At XXXX I responded " No. '' No response was given from Chase so on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, I responded " NO '' again and this time I was notified that my card would be cancelled and a new card would be issued. An image of these text messages have been shared with the Chase Fraud team. I did not purchase this item and it's clearly a fraudulent charge. Having been a Chase member for over 10 years, I have spent hours on the phone with the Fraud team and have been told that they will not reverse this charge. I received an email from XXXX XXXX stating that this purchase occurred in XXXX, CA and was picked up in person. XXXX XXXX has not produced any video evidence or my signature picking up this product. In fact, I have never been to this store. I have had a good experience with Chase bank over the years and am high net worth individual as evidenced by my bank accounts and the 3 credit cards I currently hold with chase. As mentioned, chase has not provided an proof ( signatures, video, or any evidence at all ) that I actually made this purchase. They have gone to their highest level appeal and have declared this is a legitimate charge and I need to pay.
