On XX/XX/2022, I informed XXXX XXXX of Rocket Mortgage that I did not want to go through with the VA Cash-out Refinance mortgage loan because I needed to look at all my options. I did not like the idea of paying a {$500.00} fee and he was rushing me to sign the loan estimate and other documents. I kept receiving many phonecalls from XXXX and another Rocket Mortgage associate. On XX/XX/2022, XXXX left a voicemail message that my mortgage refinance application is being withdrawn. At the time I was going through a family emergency. My thoughts were not on anything else but my family. Yet, I continued to receive calls and/or emails from XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and other Rocket Mortgage associates. I informed them of the family emergency and that I will not be opening a new application. I also informed the Rocket Mortgage representatives to remove me from their call list and database. Yet, they keep contacting me ( to include this XX/XX/XXXX morning ). This is harassment. On, XX/XX/2022, I noticed an unauthorized credit card transaction for {$50.00} from Rocket Mortgage. I find this behavior highly criminal and disgusting. I did not follow through with XXXX on this mortgage application/loan estimate/loan disclosures nor did I open a new application with Rocket Mortgage. I'm a 21-plus years Honorably XXXX and XXXX XXXX military veteran. I'm highly shocked and offended by Rocket Mortgage 's aggressive and unethical actions towards me. You all have triggered my military-incurred ailments! You all showed no respect or concern for me and my family emergency. I'm unemployable due to my military-incurred ailments. I live on a fixed income. To steal money from anyone is wrong. To steal money from an unemployed and permanently XXXX military veteran because I decided not to be rushed to sign documents and not go through the application is wrong. Rocket Mortgage has a problem with their moral compass and it needs to be fixed! I want my money returned immediately and I want you all to cease with your harassing phone calls/emails.
