hello how are you all doing! I had netspend card for a longtime no problems. suddenly my card was hacked or comprised, they are several unauthorized charges on my account. totaled close to {$2000.00}. i filed an dispute. The only give {$2.00} back out of almost {$2000.00}. and denied the other charges which doesnt make since because the {$2.00} i received was an charge from flordia . I live in north carolina the charges came from Flordia and other states i never traveled too. Iam a single mother i cant afford to lose my hard earned money to scammers. I believe netspend is not upholding the federal laws that are made to protect its consumers against fraud. ( XXXX ).
