On XXXX XXXX I received an Email from Citi Bank telling me they needed to speak to me. Being hard of hearing I had my wife contact them, with my permission, to find out what was wrong. They told her that they believe my credit card had been used fraudulently. She asked for the names of the charges which they summarized and they were not made by us. They closed the account and reissued a new card. They opened a Identity Theft Case on XX/XX/2022. They sent us an Affidavit of Fraud form to fill out. They told us to make a minimum payment of {$35.00} in good faith of which we did. When I got the bill I filled out the Affidavit attached a Police Report and a Identity Theft Report with The Federal Trade Commission. The Charges that were made on the card that are disputed are : XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NV for {$1200.00}. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/2022 for {$2.00}, and {$19.00}. XX/XX/2022 for {$12.00} and XX/XX/2022 for {$12.00}. Then on XX/XX/2022 a XXXX charge for {$1100.00}. Then the next Bill came and another Charge on XX/XX/2022 from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NV for {$190.00}. we have disputed all these charges of which come to {$2600.00} of which they are adding interest. My Wife called ( XXXX @ Citibank XXXX ), on XX/XX/2022 and told them they can't be requiring minimum payments and adding interest to disputed charges. All that happened was we got another Email on XX/XX/2022 saying that our dispute is being looked into. Then on XX/XX/2022 I get another Email telling me my adjusted payment due to my billing dispute is {$56.00}. So I'm Still paying for disputed charges and being charged interest for charges I, or my Wife never made with the Citi Bank MasterCard.
