Loan was included in my XXXX XXXX that was XXXX by the court as of 2018. I have returned their car back, sent messages via their site ( Axos Bank ) called a couple of times, attached a copy of the discharge to their site and via email. The attorney that filed the Bankruptcy has even emailed them letting them know that they should stop defying court order, yet, they still keep reporting it on my credit report as missed payments and the account isn't still closed. While every month i get emails and mail in my mail box of statements from them to make payments. I would think that AXOS Bank would know a bankruptcy XXXX operates as an injunction against the commencement or continuation of any act to collect or recover a debt as a personal liabilty of the debtor is properly a basis for civil contempt proceedings.
