I do not know how this is on my credit. I was barely XXXX and the CARD ACT strictly says that i must be with cosigner in order to have a credit card which is why i cant get one now. This says i opened this in XX/XX/XXXX - in addition it says in order to have a credit card you have to prove you can support your self, but i still to this day live with my mom, i have not had a job at all and only go to school, i have an allowance of {$20.00} dollars per week IN NO WAY DID I EVEN KNOW I HAD THIS CARD OR APPLY FOR THIS CARD OR USE THIS CARD, I DEMAND THIS REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT. I AM STILL LIVING AT HOME, BUT I PULLED MY REPORT TO SEE HOW TO LEARN TO START BUILDING CREDIT AND I FOUND THIS ON THERE I DEMAND IT REMOVED I DO NOT OWE YOU MONEY AND IF YOU SENT ONE TO ME THEN HOW IN XXXX DID I NOT KNOW BECAUSE I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN APPROVED THEN AS I WAS XXXX YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW AND THE CARD ACT OF XXXX SAY YOU CAN NOT APPROVE ME REGARDLESS SO WHO DID YOU GIVE THIS CARD TO REMOVE THIS OR I WILL GO TO XXXX, NEWS STATIONS AND ATTORNEY GENERAL I AM A KID STILL AND YOU RUINNED MY LIFE BEFORE I EVEN GOT STARTED I WILL ABSOLUTLYE FIND A LAWYER AND SUE IF NOT REMOVED IMMEDIATLEY AND I WANT PROOF ITS BEEN REMOVED WITH OUT ANY FURTHER DELAY.
