Years ago, I closed an account with chase. My password and user id no longer worked. Chase began sending emails soliciting me for credit and monitoring me. The only way to unsubscribe was to open my account and change my preferences, which I could not do since my username and password no longer worked. I finally found a number to call and was promised they would stop. This was about 3 months ago. now the emails have started all over again. There seems to be nothing I can do to stop them. They are also monitoring my credit. I want them to stop monitoring me and stop the emails.
