This account was transferred from XXXX to Rushmore earlier this year while in the middle of a forbearance plan. At the end of the forbearance plan on XX/XX/2022, I was given 2 options, either have the missed payments put on the end of the loan OR new higher payment amount. These options were done with a click of a mouse on the XXXX website. Since my account was sold to Rushmore, 1. I have been locked out of my account 2. I can not make online payments 3. I have to call in to make a payment with a average hold time of XXXX minutes plus. 4. Im redirected to lose mitigation who are rude and arrogant. 5. I was given a list of documents to submit for approval of a loan modification most of which I do not have and will not submit due to privacy. Back in XXXX XXXX XXXX, I was sent a letter with my contact person in charge of my account. I have tried to reach this person numerous times and they never return my call or answer their phone. This forebearance plan was agreed upon with the prior servicer XXXX and Rushmore needs to abide by the original agreement.
