On XX/XX/XXXX I sent written correspondence via Certified U.S. mail to JPMCB - Auto Finance requesting that they delete 3 inquiries on my credit reports considering that I did not authorize anyone employed at JPMCB - Auto Finance to make any inquiries, or view my credit report. This is a blatant violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681b ( c ) and a serious breach of my privacy rights, as I did not personally submit an application to JPMCB - Auto Finance bearing my signature.
