This account does not belong to me. There were no bills provided on this account since the opening date. I was not at the residence during the time this account was opened or generated. This account was created in Fraud. I have explained this several times to the collection agency and they continue with scare tactics causing a tremendous amount of stress and XXXX. This fraudulent balance is affecting my way of life and preventing me from getting approved for credit.
