This loan was purchased by aidvantage from XXXX, not only is the information in their system completely wrong, but these loans were in an income based repayment plan that would have the remainder discharged after making a set number of on time payments every single month for YEARS. Now that this company has the loans they have changed it to a graduated repayment plan and can not provide ANY documentation on this change. This was not authorized, or known to me. They changed the repayment plan and can not show me proof of my enrollment in this program.These loans also were to be discharged per the XXXX lawsuit, as they met all criteria but now Aidvantage bought them? As well, there was absolutely no accommodations made for my time in XXXX XXXX or while XXXX. The loans ( for some reason they are split into 3 ) continued to accrue interest while i was XXXX, and even reported late month after month while i was XXXX in a XXXX XXXX. The balance they are reporting is several thousands of dollars higher than the balance actually is, and continues to increase despite monthly payments being made. The plan i have had my loans on for years would have qualified my loans for discharge under the latest biden administration act, but now that aidvantage has taken it upon themselves to alter my payment plans they no longer qualify for discharge BECAUSE OF THIS. We have had to retain an attorney because we have gotten nowhere with this company. 2 hours on the phone yesterday with a representative that had no idea how to answer the most basic of questions, and then hung up on when i was being " transferred '' to the military department. My information is wrong in their accounts, my name is wrong, the balance is wrong, the payment history is wrong, the payment terms are wrong, and there is nobody to help me.
