I found out about Covid forbearance refund in XXXX. I had reached out to XXXX ( they couldn't find any information on my acct as of XX/XX/XXXX. 1 it was moved automatically to Aidvantage. I reached out to them on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX this was prior to consolidating for PSLF ( this was done on XXXX XXXX, XXXX ). They said it would be processed and to reach back out in 4-6 weeks if I had not heard anything. I reached out to them again on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and was told it didn't get processed, I explained that now the loan have been moved to XXXX XXXX the rep said it could still be processed thru Aidvantage since I started the refund request prior to applying for consolidation, I was also told to reach back out in 4-6 weeks if I had not heard anything. I reached out to Aidvantage again on XX/XX/XXXX as I had never received refund or any correspondence, I talked to a more informative rep then and was told the request was never processed, I did ask to speak to superior but she said she discussed with superior and refund would be " expedited. '' I was then told to call back on XXXX weeks. On XX/XX/XXXX, I reached out to Aidvantage and was told they couldn't do the refund as my loans weren't with them any longer and was told to reach out to XXXX. I reached out to XXXX and was told they can not process refund as they had no history of my payments- just the new consolidated loan in from XX/XX/XXXX. I have exhausted my time attempting to get granted covid forbearance refund without any explanation. I even sent an email to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and uploaded my payment history during covid forbearance made to XXXX prior to moving automatically to Aidvantage in XX/XX/XXXX.
