On or about XX/XX/2022 I purchased groceries from XXXX for {$74.00}. The groceries were not temperature controlled and damaged as a result upon delivery. I first went to the Chase website to dispute the charge, but rather than allow me to file the dispute in writing via their website, they forced me to contacted Chase by telephone to dispute the charge, resulting in an onerous, 27-minute phone call. They refused to charge back the total to the merchant and unreasonably required me to enumerate each and every item in my grocery order to do so. As a result of Chase 's chronic failures to make disputes reasonably practical, I will continue to avoid using their credit cards.
