I asked for a contract proving that these accounts held me contractually liable to pay them. They failed to send any information requested. they only sent a letter stating the amount owed. This in in violation of my consumer rights and the FDCPA/ Federal Rules of Civil procedure. I have contacted this company on numerous occasions requesting that they delete these false accounts. I know that the FCRA requires them to have proof the account is mines in order to report it to the bureau. CHOICE RECOVERY INC is reporting this false information. This company continues to contact without any proof or validity of the debt.
