Someone stole my identity and used fake ID cards withdrew cash from Chase Bank cashiers, which were {$1000.00} from my checking account and {$1000.00} from my savings account on XX/XX/XXXX, {$800.00} from checking on XXXX XXXX, and {$300.00} from saving on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX, I had been working at company from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX. I did not go to Chase Bank or withdraw money on that day. My company can certify my working schedule. I don't know who used my identity to withdraw money. I never lost my driver 's license, bank cards or other ID cards. I realized my money was stolen when I checked my Chase APP on phone. I went to Chase bank branch. The employees checked surveillance camera, and then told me someone withdrew cash from cashiers. I want to file a claim, get back my {$1800.00} from savings account and {$1300.00} from checking account. I have attached police report and my working proof. These are the 4 police report case numbers : XXXX.
