I am being sue my Citibank for {$2000.00} XXXX XXXX dollars credit card I have with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022. According to XXXX company citi bank hired them to sue me, lawsuit. XXXX couldnt prove the dates they contacted me, when ask why couldnt you call me and let me know, they reply we send u a letter. I never received a letter. Its was almost XXXX someone knocked on my brothers door to deliver a summons for me. Since my brother notify me, I have had XXXX XXXX Trauma and I cant sleep. I am a single mom trying to stay afloat in this horrible times. I have no message from Citibank or XXXX prior to this letter. I have made payments on this credit card but not able to keep up with the demand of rent and childcare. I have to appear in court on XX/XX/XXXX which now I have to miss work. I leave in fear now because I am worried what will happen to my child if I am not able to pay on court date. I am not able to afford an attorney to represent me. I am so scared. Citibank shame on you {$2000.00}, a single mom trying to make ends meet, my heart hurts for my son. I do not know where else to turn. XXXX XXXX and thanks Citibank my records are now published on the public website and I am being harassed by others.
