Company repeatedly called or texted me prior to payments being due to tell me there was an upcoming payment due. I asked them not to contact me when their call was relating to an upcoming payment, and to only call if my payment was past due or if there was a problem with the account. The last time they called was on XX/XX/2022 at XXXXXXXX XXXX and became really rude when I spoke with them. The gentleman would not give me his name and when I told him not to call me with regards to payments upcoming, he cursed at me. I cursed back at him and he hung up. They had also called earlier that same day at XXXX, both times from the same number XXXX. I also believe they called at XXXX am on XX/XX/2022 from another number XXXX. They also called on XX/XX/2022 about my upcoming payment. The due date on the account is the XXXX of the month. Since that time I have not received a billing statement from them. I went online to ask to have the billing statements emailed to me, and received a confirmation email saying I made that change to my account, but still no emails or billing statements have been received. I have never been late on any payment on this account and until the rude behavior and cursing incident, have always paid more than the amount showing due. Since that time, I have only paid the minimum amount due.
