In XXXX I had set up a FORBEARANCE for my student loans with XXXX. They had told me about a program they hard that would base my monthly payment from my income. So I agreed to the program, and they told me to fill out the information for the program from a package they were going to send me in the mail. Months had went by and I continuously called the customer service telling them about the packet that had not came in the mail. They kept telling me to remain patient and that it would be there. I didn't receive the packet until the summer of XXXX. After I filled out the packet and returned it back to XXXX I was accepted into their program. The problem that I have is on my credit report there are two times, XXXX of XXXX, and XXXX of XXXX, that both show 90 days late payment and that is false information. I was continuously on FORBEARANCE until I was accepted into their income program. I first called XXXX about this and they agreed they would make the necessary changes and never did. Now recently they gave my account over to a different company, DEPT OF ED/ AIDVANTAGE. I contacted them about this situation, and they have refused to honor what I was promised by XXXX. I have wrong and inaccuracies on my credit report and it is hurting my credit score, and they are not doing anything to fix this wrong.
