I XXXX issues with us dept of education I filed bankruptcy in XXXX to only XXXX bureaus XXXX and when I was doing my paperwork last year for the forgiveness program I was informed I was in bankruptcy I challenge them and when I call them and ask why am I in bankruptcy still and my full discharge was in XX/XX/XXXX. The person on the phone said my bad we forgot to remove you so then they did the most unethical thing they deleted the XXXX entry from XXXX and now is blank because they know they could not enter it twice so they reported my bankruptcy date as of XX/XX/XXXX this is wrong report and needs to be deleted this drop my point by XXXX points and I want them put back or we will be in court about my credit profile. I applied to go to XXXX XXXX that was in the XXXX 's they then change their name to XXXX XXXX I never went to the school because I found out I was pregnant and could not attend. At that time was when paper checks were being issued they returned XXXX of the loan an never returned the rest no this has ballooned out of control I have been saying this for 25 years. Then come to find out this was predatory school and they are now closed when I ask for transcripts if I went there they could never produce them. How I found this out was went back to school in XXXX at XXXX XXXX I was granted full financial aid and then when the spring semester came about they told me I did not qualify for financial aid because I had a defaulted student loan from XXXX I ask them where this loan has been for all these years and I had a very common name XXXX XXXX Then I was XXXX XXXX my first husband I have applied for the forgiveness and it has been a year now no word. They have repeatedly sold this loan again and again and a lot of this is interest and lots of offsets. I disputed this with the Bureaus since last year
