I received an email from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX that my debt collections just increased. I don't have any credit cards, loans or debts, so I quickly went to look. I'm being charged by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Tennessee since XX/XX/XXXX ( via Wakefield and Associates also in XXXX, TN ). I've never been to this clinic, and only ever have been to XXXX once. I have no idea how they would have my name or information to charge me. I filed a dispute with XXXX via XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and they reported saying it was accurate. This tells me someone took my information and opened up an account or charge in my name. I've filed a second dispute on XX/XX/XXXX. I looked up this clinic, and this has happened to MANY other people! This place is known for fraudulent activity. My identity has been stolen, please someone help me. They are falsely charging me {$1400.00}.
