Citibank is reporting incorrect information as a part of their " free '' XXXX score service. For the past two reporting periods they have reported inaccurate information, showing my credit score dropping significantly ( over 100 points ). Upon contacting them to inquire the reason, they point to the XXXX score as the basis of their score model. However, upon investigation with XXXX, there was no significant change to my XXXX credit score. Re-inquiry with Citibank with the explanation of this lead to no additional help or changes to the score from Citibank. Despite only having accounts with Citibank, and never having any accounts be deliquent or late, they still would not provide rationale as to why their XXXX score was negatively impacted by " late accounts ''. Upon my request to open a dispute for Citibank to investigate, the opening of the dispute was not confirmed via notification to me, nor was the status or supposed resolution of the case communicated.
