This is the latest email I sent FedLoan Servicing, which I believe details the issue : I just received the results of my PSLF progress and it is NOT correct. I have spent 15 years in non profit public service. And while I have had periods of deferments, I have had periods where I was making IBR payments. Also, the current deferments because of COVID are also supposed to count towards payments. My results say that I have only made ONE eligible payment. With the waiver/application I submitted several months ago I re certified my employment with all three of my eligible employers, which include SERVICE ACCESS AND MANAGEMENT ( non profit ), XXXX XXXX ( government ) and DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS ( government ). Your chat lines are never available, I have made numerous attempts to speak to someone before and through this process and it has proven to be impossible to reach someone.
