Consumer Narrative

I recently cancelled my XXXX Chase credit cards due to fraudulent charges by XXXX XXXX XXXX on my Chase account. These cards are issued by Chase. Once I received my replacement cards from Chase I activated the cards and put them away. I later went into my Chase account to make a payment and notice a XXXX charge on my NEW Chase ( CARD # ) for a XXXX XXXX membership that stated it would be a recurring charge. So I called Chase on XX/XX/2022 to report the fraud and was told by customer service that they would have to cancel the card again and send me a new card. This happened to me more that once and I couldn't figure out why. But now I know why and here is where the scam comes in. When I told customer service at Chase about the fraud she told me to contact XXXX to have them take my card information of my XXXX XXXX account because it must have been saved from an order. Well the problem is, I didn't order ANYTHING WITH THE NEW CHASE CARD! So, how could XXXX get the new card number information? They are in cohoots with XXXX frauding customers by charging for things we didn't order. I NEVER ordered a Prime membership ( I'll explain that later* ). I have saved paper trails in case you need them or to see clearly what I'm talking about. I have informed the Chase customer service rep on that XXXX XXXX phone call to cancel my credit cards with Chase immediately that day. Also, I told her to reverse those charges for XXXX XXXX Membership. Another reason how I know it's fraud is because when I had this same problem last year, I informed Chase and XXXX XXXX ( explaing the above* ) that I already had XXXX XXXX as a perk for having a phone account through XXXX XXXX. Yes, XXXX XXXX gives me as a customer XXXX XXXX free included in my Phone service deals. Therefore, I didn't catch the scheme last year but I caught it this year because I hadn't used my NEW Chase credit to order anything through XXXX or anyone else. Yet I see my ( NEW ) credit card information on my XXXX XXXX account. On XXXX XXXX I contacted Chase about another fraudulent charge from XXXX on my account. The first fraud charge was for a XXXX XXXX video order in XX/XX/2022. And on XX/XX/2022 for a XXXX XXXX recurring membership charge. When the Chase Customer service representative told me that the charge probably came from me ordering something from XXXX, I knew something was wrong because, I not long ago received the cards and hadn't use the with anyone yet, XXXX already had charged something on my Chase credit card. There paper proof to show all that I am reporting that I saved in case Chase tries to delete them. Therefore, Chase and XXXX are doing some fraudulent business together. This is NOT the first time this has happened either. Tired of these games.
