So I had over XXXX XXXX dollars in unauthorized transactions I told netspend my documents and things got stolen out my car it had my pin and account and everything on there copies of my i.d . my w2s. I didnt know my things were stolen because I haven't drove that car for a while because didnt have insurance and registration been expired n it's not my family car. So netspend ended up cancelling my dispute because no error witch is XXXX because these transactions happend in Arizona and XXXX XXXX I live in XXXX Utah and was at work during these times it happened. Netspend will not help me what so ever n all these where unauthorized transactions and they said no error. Its upsetting and XXXX especially when I have been a loyal customer and had lots of money go in this account n never had a problem but when my credentials and things got stolen I called n told them right away n they didnt care at all.
