I cancelled my PayPal NetSpend prepaid card due thinking it was stolen and the representative who cancelled the card said " I would get a replacement card '' that never got delivered. I've spent multiple hours and days trying to access my funds from direct deposits from the IRS and my job that were loaded on to that card and they keep telling me that account dos n't exist and card number dos n't exist after they cancelled it. I have documentation, pictures of my card and sms messages showing my transactions and deposits made to that card. the multiple representatives are not helping me with a replacement card or transferring my funds to a new card. Please help me
