Consumer Narrative

I received communication stating that they had reviewed my account and that I had only made one qualifying payment over XXXX years. Even though zero payments are supposed to count, I filed a pslf form when I was first employed in XXXX My employer is a qualifying employer. They clearly have not made any actual effort to calculate where I stand with pslf. Additionally, they put me into forbearance without my request or knowledge, right before the student loan payment pause took place.
