Consumer Narrative
Long story short. I am due a refund from pslf loan forgiveness and the dates are very wrong. They want to refund me from XXXX of 2021 till now. I know for a fact they owe me from XXXX of XXXX not XXXX of XXXX so I filed a complaint. Nothing was ever done or resolved and they closed my case! This is not over and I have filed another complaint with the us dept. of education. I also sent a notice to Attorney General of NYS. I also had the ombudsman group work on it and they also did nothing and closed my case. My loans have been forgiven but they have not refunded my over payment.
