I just found out yesterday XXXX I can not finance my home at the rate of 2.5 % do to the fact that rates went up to 5 and 6 % I have been try ing to my house refinanced since XXXX ofXX/XX/XXXX but due to your mistake of recording two partial claims I Could not get this through till one of the partial claims you recorded by accident was removed I have contacted you weekly on getting this removed so I could get this done but you guys kept put me off waiting on the phone for hours paid for an appraisal that now I cant do so due to all the pain and suffering that you have put me through what are you gon na do about it
