I originally received pre-approval for a mortgage on XX/XX/XXXX and submitted a loan estimate from a competing lender on XX/XX/XXXX which better.com was unable to match or beat. Additionally, Better.com advertises a " Better Price Guarantee ''. Upon speaking to the loan officer, XXXX XXXX, I was told that they need to receive the closing disclosure before the {$100.00} could be disbursed. I reached back out in XXXX ( correspondence included ) XXXX to follow-up on the payment. Better.com still has not provided me with the {$100.00} payment. https : //better.comXXXX
