I purchased a Netspend Debit card from the XXXX XXXX store in XXXX, VA. I loaded {$250.00} dollars on my card at the time I purchased the card to be able to pay my car payment. After purchasing and loading the card, I was notified by Netspend they will not activate the card due to risk reasons. I was also told i would receive a refund check in 15 days on XX/XX/2022. It is now XX/XX/2022 and I still have not received my refund check. I live on a limited income it is very hard to catch up with Rent and Car Payments when I fall behind. I contacted Netspend 4 times and I still have not received the check.
