In XXXX of XXXX, I initiated a personal loan with Sail Loans for the amount of {$4000.00}. I was told at I would only be given {$1000.00} and after that was repaid, I would receive the {$3000.00}. My payments started in XXXX for the amount of {$100.00}, which are bi-weekly payments. I have made XXXX payments of {$100.00}. I told the company that I do not want the other {$3000.00}. I was told that could not be possible because I signed a contract. However, I was under the impression that I would receive the {$4000.00} at the signing of the contract and not just {$1000.00}, Currently, the company is telling me that I owe them {$3300.00} by Tuesday, XX/XX/XXXX and that I will receive the {$3000.00} between 5 and 15 days. I do not wish to continue any business dealing with this company. They have advertised fraudulently and misled me as a consumer. Thank you for your assistance!
