Dear Sir/Madam, since summer XXXX, i.e. for over XXXX mts by now, I have been trying to close my checking as well as savings accounts with XXXX Chase in the U.S. - with a total balance of USD XXXX - to terminate my relationship with the bank. I am an overseas XXXX customer and over this period have both a ) tried to resolve this personally with XXXX Chase in the U.S. in over 50 calls! b ) have raised several complaints with XXXX Chase, the last one dated XXXX XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX from the Escalation Team,, complaints ref. XXXX who requested/instructed me to send my closing instructions, including notarised documents, to XXXX Chase in Texas. I did as requested by registered/recorded mail on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ( see my letter incl notarised documents as first attachment ). Please note that XXXX Chase refuse to give me an email contact, let alone a personal ( complaints ' team ) contact, to try to resolve this. I have only the general phone nbr given on my bank statements. c ) However, I never received any closing confirmation, nor my funds ( despite XXXX in XXXX confirming to me that my documents were received on XXXX XXXX ). I made several additional calls to XXXX Chase in XXXX and XXXX, only to be told that my documents were not received, that they were not willing to escalate this further, and them suggesting NO solution whatsoever how I can close my accounts and receive my funds! d ) Please note that I have waited for over XXXX mts / until today XXXX XXXX since there seem to be serious delays in receiving any mail from XXXX Chase in XXXX, if any : over the last XXXX mts several monthly statements have been missing, and the last statement I got is dated XXXX XX/XX/XXXX which I only received yesterday / XXXX XX/XX/XXXX!
