I deposited my PAYROLL check yesterday at chase bank, via mobile deposit and in the app it said funds would be available the next day, i have also set up direct deposit wich they accepted the 1 cent deposit to verify, now they are saying my money will not be available until XXXX, over a week later, i called yesterday and was told it would be available by XXXX last night so i did not call and badger them and this is a holiday weekend so no one will be in until Tuesday, my car will be reposessed by then because i bought it at a buy here pay here lot and furthermore i will have another check by the time they clear this one, this is a payroll check, not a third party check, they shouldnt be allowed to just hold my money and refuse to give the check back so that i can go elsewhere, that in my eyes is theft, they out right lied to me saying it would be available by XXXX XXXX last night and when i call this morning they convieniatly cant reach the issuing back due to a holiday weekend, they knew it was a holiday weekend when i called yesterday and was lied to, and as far as them verifing the account the 1 cent direct deposit was made before i did the mobile deposit, that verified it right there
