My credit card is a XXXX with Chase Bank. I use it all the time. On XX/XX/XXXX my checking account bank, XXXX XXXX, submitted a {$400.00} payment to Chase Bank to apply to my credit card 's balance. Something that is done regularly with no problems. All computer transactions. That payment was not posted to my credit card account, a serious matter, I am facing either a double payment of {$400.00}, interest charges if I don't double pay, or possible late fees and adverse effects to my credit score. The XXXX XXXX made me a copy of the Transaction detail which I Faxed to a number which was given me by the representative of Chase. That was done XXXX times from XX/XX/XXXX to today XX/XX/XXXX and I only received XXXX emails referring to the wrong posting. Nothing about the submittal only that no posting exists on the Chase employees database. Something went wrong at Chase Bank between the date my bank submitted my {$400.00} payment and their posting process. Chase is not doing anything about correcting their process and I have no {$400.00} credit on my credit card account.
