XX/XX/2022 full amount sent to merchant of {$560.00}, card ending XXXX. Billed by credit card comp, again for {$560.00} on card ending XXXX. I contacted the merchant and he said he had only sent one bill for card ending XXXX and that bill had been satisfied. I contacted my bank and they said the amount of {$560.00} had been paid on XX/XX/2022 and it had been taken from my checking account. I have been fighting with the credit card company and get nowhere. They said the disputes I filed with them had been investigated ( two different times ) and I was responsible for the charge.I have the paperwork from the merchant and my bank stating this bill has already been satisfied.
