Hello, I have filed XXXX complaints against Consumer Portfolio Services XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX due to there being a number of inconsistency with Consumer Portfolio Services. 1 ) Consumer Portfolio Services is currently reporting on my credit reports that this account is " CLOSED and CHARGED OFF. '' This account Currently states it is " CHARGED OFF '' as XX/XX/XXXX with last payment being made XX/XX/XXXX on all three credit bureaus. 2 ) Consumer Portfolio Services has reported the " HIGHTEST BALANCE as {$13000.00} XXXX, XXXX, " HIGHTEST BALANCE as {$12000.00} with XXXX ( which has since been removed ) on my credit report. I requested a 1099C form from Consumer Portfolio Services to file with my Taxes, a form in which they are refusing to send me, but since this is a " CHARGE OFF '' and was claimed as a income by the " ORIGINATOR ''. I need this 1099C to file with my Taxes and this account should be removed from my credit report immediately. Consumer Portfolio Services is constantly refusing to remove this account and all " DEROGATORY '' information from my XXXX, XXXX credit report.
