( This complaint is being generated by the consumer to whom it concerns. ) on XX/XX/2022 I, the original creditor, consumer and Natural person checked my credit file and became aware of a third party debt collector furnishing an alleged debt to my consumer report in the amount of {$220.00}. WAKEFIELD AND ASSOCIATES is and has been furnishing negative information on my credit report without my lawful authority and is in violation of 15 USC 1681s-2 ( 7 ) E. WAKEFIELD AND ASSOCIATES it is a third party and has no standing to deny my claim. I am aware that WAKEFIELD AND ASSOCIATES can be held liable for any violations that they have committed pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1640 and I intend to hold WAKEFIELD AND ASSOCIATES liable for these violations. I have reasonable cause to believe WAKEFIELD AND ASSOCIATES is a debt collector furnishing an alleged debt to my consumer report as a means of coercing me to pay this alleged debt and further extort me and cause harm to my credit reputation. I am aware that collection of extensions of credit by extortionate means is a violation of 18 USC 894 and carries a criminal liability of up to 20 years. I have reasonable cause to believe WAKEFIELD AND ASSOCIATES HAS VIOLATED THE LAW knowingly and without remorse. Furnishing knowingly fraudulent information such as collections is a violation of 15 USC 6821 ( a ) ( 2 ). I am aware that 15 USC 6823 ( a ) states whoever knowingly and intentionally violates section 6821 shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned for up to five years or both. I have reasonable cause to believe WAKEFIELD AND ASSOCIATES is in direct violation of 31 U.S. Code 3729 - False claims.
